What construction methods do you use for your footwear?
At CNES Shoemaker, we specialize in high-quality Goodyear Welted, Blake Stitched, and Hand-welted constructions. Each pair is crafted using traditional techniques to ensure durability, comfort, and the ability to be resoled over time.
How do I determine my correct size?
We use standard UK sizing. Since fit can vary between lasts, we provide a detailed size guide on each product page. If you are between sizes or unsure, we recommend contacting our specialists for a personalized fitting consultation.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our handcrafted shoes worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the shoes are in unworn, pristine condition and in their original packaging. Please note that Made-to-Order (MTO) and bespoke items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How should I care for my CNES leather shoes?
To maintain the longevity of your shoes, we recommend using cedar shoe trees after every wear, applying high-quality cream and wax polish regularly, and avoiding wearing the same pair on consecutive days to allow the leather to breathe.
Can I place a Made-to-Order (MTO) request?
Absolutely. We offer an MTO service that allows you to select specific leathers, colors, and sole types for our existing silhouettes. Please contact our customer service team to begin your custom design process.
