At CNES Shoemaker, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If your footwear does not meet your expectations, you may return unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

  Carefully pack the shoes in their original box, ensuring all accessories like dust bags and shoe horns are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our designated regional warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans verify the shoes are in pristine, unworn condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
